At the Ogden Theater in Denver, CO last night, we saw an EPIC show by the Dubstep/Drum&Bass Producers 'Nero.' They played an awesome set, including the NerdCore Dubstep single 'Me And You.'

I can not tell you how much it warms my heart to see such talent reflecting on their numinous gaming experiences. Click the link below to check it out!

In their full music video (below) their montage to Streets of Rage 3 & Outrun 2019 is done incredibly well, capturing the mysterious allure of gaming and its ability to inspire like no other.

The single has had a very positive reception, which bodes well for the NerdCore community. It was selected as Zane Lowe's Hottest Record in the World on September 28th, 2010. BBC Radio 1 DJs Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac also selected "Me and You" to be their Weekend Anthem during December 2010. It also was featured in the Sky Sports September advert.

And, to complete the circle, on January 9, 2012, the Dirtyphonics remix was used in a Gran Turismo 5 trailer for the debut of the 2015 Acura NSX.

Consisting of Daniel Stephens, Joseph Ray and Alana Watson as vocalist, 'Nero' is one of our favorite Dub Step producers. Thank you, Nero. We will be not only seeing you again, but hopefully one day will feature musical talent like yours in a video game produced by Apotheosis Studios.
