Over the past two months as David Granjo and I (Jamison Stone) were finishing the final pages of TLA, we kept on having new ideas for really awesome art and story elements. Because of this, we constantly were asking ourselves, "Do we add these super cool new ideas to this book, or postpone them to book 2?" It was a really tough call, honestly. Every extra page costs us more money, especially with the super high-quality printing we are doing for The Last Amazon with "OnTheMark". And because we are using sewn signatures (head and tail bands, case bound) our pages come in bundles of 16 per section, so we can't just add only 1 page at a time!Read More
Hey folks! Super stoked to say that we are making great progress on The Last Amazon! We have completed a few more backer illustrations and thought you all might enjoy seeing a step by step guide on how David Granjo our Illustrator extraordinaire does it!Read More
David and I are starting 2018 with a big update and some very exciting news! We just finalized our book specs with our printer, Mark Verria, the CEO of “Onthemark”, and sent him our down payment which secured our order, making it "official!" Yay!
Now, you might be thinking, “Finalized? What do you mean, Jamison? I thought the book specs were done before you started this Kickstarter.” And yes, they were, BUT David and I decided that The Last Amazon is too good to not be better, so we, like any sci-fi lovers, got UPGRADES!Read More
So, I'm sitting here listening to Ai Wo Koete (Transcending/Exceeding Love aka Suikoden III Opening Theme, because that is my life) and feeling so thankful to everyone who has allowed David Granjo and I make The Last Amazon! Words cannot express what is in our hearts, so we will endeavor to do our best to show you through our art! Although our feelings are ineffable, we wish to say one more time: THANK YOU!Read More

They say Kickstarter campaigns live and die via the success of their first or last week. Well, the time is neigh! We believe we can do it! But we need your help spreading the word! Please share, comment, and support us in any way you can! Let's do this!Read More
After being asked why he would actually destroy The Statue of Liberty, The president said, “If you take down one historical American monument, why not another? Would you prefer I take down Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln? Who draws that line? Do violent Antifa and Alt-Left protesters get to decide what gets taken down? Is this only their country? No! This is a nation of laws!” Riot Police and SWAT were quickly overwhelmed by protesters and counter protesters. After the first full 24 hours of rioting, the National Guard was called in to subdue the chaos with tear gas, pepper spray, rubber bullets, and electric tasers. This had little effect and only seemed to anger the crowds and intensify the conflict.Read More

Super excited to share our second DevLog with you all! Over the past two weeks, the team has been hard at work on Shadow of the Moon and we have even added a new concept artist to our illustrious crew! Joe and I have been hard at work on the game's story, we've done some great planning for the engine, been interviewing some super talented candidates for sound and composing, and have even been prepping for Baltimore Comic Con! It's been kind of a crazy few weeks but very exciting!Read More
In 2169, five massive colony ships are filled with volunteers and employees of the Ulysses Space Corp. Each ship has a faster-than-light jump drive and can cover the 12 light years between Earth and the Tau Ceti system in the blink of an eye. Supplies, colonists and crew are loaded, and the five ships make the jump across the light-years. Only four of them, however, arrive at the destination. Far Flung is the story of the ship that vanished.Read More
Apotheosis Studios Indie Game DevLog #1. We have been working on Shadow of the Moon for a few months now and using HacknPlan daily. For those who are unfamiliar, HacknPlan is a unique game production tool which bring game design documentation and project management together to provide a systematicway of organizing, planning, and tracking the progress of game development.
In addition to our specific trials and tribulations of Shadow of the Moon (and of the Indie Game Dev grind in general!) we also want or Indie Game DevLog to share our experience of HacknPlan with other game devs so they could learn the strengths and weakness of this tool. Even just using it for a few weeks we have found some helpful customization which we hope will assist others as well.Read More
